Reducing Cognitive Load

Human brain can process about 7-8 images at a time.

Inverted Pyramid Structure

The content hierarchy and information was arranged from the most important metric, mid to least.

F and Z Pattern  Eye Movements

Our eyes gazes in some patterns usually from left to right and end on the right corner most of the times.

Progressive Disclosure

Cards layout for seamless minimalistic navigation. The key user actions on a card for each metric were identified through research.

Mental Model for Filtering insights

Identified user actions to prioritize a key filtering elements : time, type of device.

Insights Led Metrics Dashboard

Our new product vision was to move from campaign centric approach to customer centric approach for creating personalized marketing strategies that better target users.

We envisioned the 4 pillars of Marketing funnel as the insights metrics for our new dashboard.
